Meal Timing and Fasting
What you eat is exceptionally important. But did you know that when you eat it may be just as important?
As it turns out, the human body is not designed to consume food from the moment we wake up until we wrap up with a bed-time snack, but modern society has opened the opportunity for folks to do exactly that.
Fortunately, this is - relative to changing WHAT you eat - fairly easy to remedy. I’ve listed a few more discussions than usual (I find this topic fascinating), but the first step generally recommended is bringing your eating window down to a maximum of 12 hours. I’m not sure how that sounds to you, but more often than not, when I discuss “time-restricted eating” or “intermittent fasting” with others, they speak to how it makes it easier to manage their day.
